Using the Space

Concept Haus was designed as a space where creatives, innovators, and visionaries can bring their ideas to life. We ask that you treat the space, furnishings, and props with the same care and intention they were created with.

Please do not drag any furniture. A movers dolly is provided to help shift items safely and prevent damage to the floors or pieces.

Many items have been thoughtfully styled to elevate your session. If you do need to move anything, please return everything to its original setup before you head out — it keeps the space consistent and ready for the next guest.

Any damage or breakage to furniture or decor during your booking is your responsibility. Repair or replacement costs will be passed on to you.

We ask that you leave the space clean and reset. A minimum $100 cleaning fee will apply if extra time or work is needed to restore the space.

Using Equipment

All equipment provided is here to support your creative process. Please handle everything with care and use gear only as intended.

You’ll be responsible for any damage that occurs to equipment during your session. Please return all gear in the condition you received it.

If something isn’t functioning correctly, notify us right away during your session. Letting us know after your booking has ended may void any chance for credit, refund, or compensation.

Cyclorama Use

If you're using the cyclorama wall, please be cautious of the floor and dragging furniture.

Do not step on the curved edge — any damage to this section will incur a minimum $300 repair fee.

Content Guidelines

Concept Haus welcomes all forms of creative expression.
Explicit sexual content is not allowed. However, boudoir sessions that are tasteful and artistic are welcome.

Props + Materials

Confetti is permitted, but it must be fully cleaned up within your booking time.

Glitter, powders, or anything similar require prior approval. Please check in with us first to avoid extra cleaning charges.

Paint is not allowed under any circumstances.

Booking + Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

Your booked time includes setup and pack-down, so please plan accordingly.

Overtime is billed at $80 per hour (or part thereof).

If you anticipate needing extra time, please reach out before or during your session to confirm availability.

Reschedules + Cancellations

We don’t offer refunds on cancelled bookings.

Rescheduled sessions will receive studio credit, valid for 30 days from the original date.

Credit can only be used for sessions that meet the 2-hour minimum booking time.

Changes to your session’s duration are not eligible for a refund. In some cases, credit may be offered at our discretion with enough notice.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
